Cerro Catedral

The tour starts in the city center at noon. If you choose to combine it with the Circuito Chico, the outing will last all day, since the latter starts in the morning and is joined into a single visit.

Arriving at the base of the mountain, its appearance changes during the different seasons of the year.

In spring/summer you reach the base, where there is no snow on the mountain, but as you ascend, the views of the western mountain range are lost among Chilean volcanic peaks and Argentine lakes.

In winter the mountain is the largest ski center in South America, with 120 kilometers of slopes covering around 600 hectares, offering service infrastructure for skiing/snowboarding. It has 40 lifts, including cable cars and chairlifts, making the ascent easy.
