At LS Travel Group we take care of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this site or ask us about a tour, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible

The party responsible for processing your data is LS Travel Group, an inbound tour operator with offices in Puerto Varas (Chile), San Carlos de Bariloche and Rosario (Argentina). You can contact us at reservas@lstravel.cl (Chile) or at reservas@lstravel.com (Argentina).

2. What data we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, the office you want to talk to, the tour you are interested in, tentative date, number of adults and children (number only) and the message you write.
• Technical data of the inquiry: the page you wrote from and, if you arrived from a campaign link, its origin. To prevent abuse, we keep for one hour an encrypted fingerprint of your connection (not your readable IP address) and a record of attempts blocked as spam (name and email entered).
• WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and your message. WhatsApp processes that data under its own conditions.
• Site statistics: we count visits in aggregate and without cookies, so they do not identify you. The tours you mark as favorites are saved only in your browser and are not sent to us.
• Cookies: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Technical cookies necessary for the site to work may be used (for example, access for collaborators and portal clients).

2.1 What data we do not collect

We do not ask for credit card or payment details through this site, nor sensitive data. For children who travel we only ask how many there are; we do not collect their names or other data through the form.

3. What we use your data for

• Answer your inquiry, send you availability and prices, and coordinate your booking.
• Send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
• Manage and improve our service with aggregated statistics.
• Protect the site against spam and misuse.

We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising unless you have requested or accepted it.

4. On what basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and to handle the request you make to us. You can withdraw your consent whenever you wish by writing to us.

5. Who we share them with

• The offices of LS Travel Group (Chile and Argentina) that correspond to your inquiry.
• Providers of your tour's service (for example guides, transport companies, hotels or boats), only the data needed to confirm your booking.
• Technology providers that allow us to operate the site and email, such as the web hosting service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Because we operate in Chile and Argentina and use third-party technology services, your data may be processed or stored outside your country. We require those providers to apply adequate security measures.

6. How long we keep them

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, manage your trip and meet legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them. You can ask for their deletion earlier.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• know what data of yours we hold (access);
• correct them if they are wrong or incomplete (rectification);
• delete them or cancel their processing (erasure);
• object to their use or restrict it, and withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write to reservas@lstravel.cl (Chile) or to reservas@lstravel.com (Argentina), stating your name and the email you wrote to us from. We will reply within the deadlines set by law. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: in Chile, under Law No. 19,628 and Law No. 21,719 once it comes into force; in Argentina, with the Agency for Access to Public Information, under Law No. 25,326.

8. Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to inquiries and spam filters to protect your data. No system is infallible, but we work to reduce the risks.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
