Discover the natural beauty of the Petrohué Falls and Lake Todos los Santos in Chile’s oldest national park and marvel at Frutillar and its culture.

Departure from the Port and we will travel to Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, skirting Lake Llanquihue and enjoying a beautiful postcard with the snow-capped Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes in the background, until reaching the Petrohué area, located on the shores of Lake Todos los Santos, surrounded by evergreen forest and the spectacular turquoise color of the Lake itself.

Afterwards we will visit one of the most beautiful sites in the region, the “Petrohué Falls”, where the Petrohué River leaps between large masses of crystallized lava, immune for centuries to erosion and formed by smaller stones joined by a vitreous material that stands out to the eye, an unmissable place.

We return along the same route to the city of Puerto Varas to continue our tour to Frutillar, first visiting the city of Llanquihue, famous for its cured meats and the place of origin of the Maullín River, and then we will skirt Lake Llanquihue to head to Frutillar.

This city is a beautiful town reminiscent of Bavaria, where its first settlers came from. It emerged in 1856 as a shipping pier, soon followed by tanneries, mills, breweries, etc. We will stroll around its beautiful old German-style houses, admiring its well-kept gardens, with the option of visiting the German Colonial Museum or enjoying the local gastronomy.
